文丘里施肥器控制性能试验分析

Common allergens of atopic dermatitis in dogs: comparative findings based on intradermal tests

Intradermal tests were performed on 58 dogs diagnosed with atopic dermatitis from 2004~2008 at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Konkuk University, Korea. To compare the allergen distribution observed in the present investigation to the results from other studies conducted in Korea and elsewhere, the allergens were grouped according to their kinds. There was no significant difference in gender distribution among the dogs. The most common breeds among the 58 dogs were Maltese (n = 11) and Shih-tzu (n = 11). The average age was 4.8 years. The most frequently produced a positive reaction on the intradermal tests was mold (67.3%) followed by house dust (54.5%) and house dust mites (49.1%). The present study found a low distribution of dogs allergic to various outdoor allergens compared to studies performed in other countries; this may reflect differences in living conditions for dogs living in Korea.     

Molecular characterization of tetracycline- and quinolone-resistant Aeromonas salmonicida isolated in Korea

The antibiotic resistance of 16 Aeromonas (A.) salmonicida strains isolated from diseased fish and environmental samples in Korea from 2006 to 2009 were investigated in this study. Tetracycline or quinolone resistance was observed in eight and 16 of the isolates, respectively, based on the measured minimal inhibitory concentrations. Among the tetracycline-resistant strains, seven of the isolates harbored tetA gene and one isolate harbored tetE gene. Additionally, quinolone-resistance determining regions (QRDRs) consisting of the gyrA and parC genes were amplified and sequenced. Among the quinolone-resistant A. salmonicida strains, 15 harbored point mutations in the gyrA codon 83 which were responsible for the corresponding amino acid substitutions of Ser⁸³→Arg⁸³ or Ser⁸³→Asn⁸³. We detected no point mutations in other QRDRs, such as gyrA codons 87 and 92, and parC codons 80 and 84. Genetic similarity was assessed via pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, and the results indicated high clonality among the Korean antibiotic-resistant strains of A. salmonicida.     

影响反刍动物产品中共轭亚油酸富集因素的研究进展

共轭亚油酸(CLA)又被称为过瘤胃脂肪酸。近年来,随着CLA对人体健康的重要作用被陆续发现,通过饲养途径如何提高反刍动物产品中CLA含量成为当前动物营养研究领域的热点。本文在查阅国内外CLA最新研究进展的基础上,对影响反刍动物产品中CLA合成的因素加以综述。     

Effects of diazinon on biochemical parameters of blood in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

Existence of diazinon, an organophosphorous pesticide, in river waters of Iran near rice paddy fields has been reported by some authors. The present research aimed to determine the acute toxicity and evaluate the effect of sub-lethal concentrations of diazinon on some biochemical parameters of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss after 7, 14 and 28 days. No significant differences were observed in the plasma levels of creatinine among the treatment groups at different sampling intervals. Acetylcholinesterase activity and the levels of total protein, albumin as well as globulin in plasma were significantly reduced at both concentrations tested (p < 0.05). Lactate dehydrogenase activity was only decreased on 7th day in 0.1 mg/L diazinon treatment (p < 0.05). Creatine kinase activity was significantly lower in 0.1 mg/L diazinon group at 14th and 28th sampling periods, whereas its activity significantly increased in fishes exposed to 0.2 mf/L diazinon only on 7th day (p < 0.05). Aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase activities and glucose levels in diazinon treated groups were significantly higher than the controlled group at experimental periods (p < 0.05). In conclusion, long-term exposure to diazinon at sub-lethal concentrations induced biochemical alterations in rainbow trout, and offers a simply tool to evaluate toxicity-derived alterations.     

哈尔滨市三种冷季型草坪草滞尘能力的研究

草坪草作为城市绿化的构建材料,不仅在美化环境方面具有极高的应用价值,在改善城市生态环境方面也挥着重要的作用。以哈尔滨市道路绿化常用草种中的草地早熟禾、多年生黑麦草和紫羊茅为对象,对3种草种叶面解剖结构和滞尘能力进行测定,通过比较分析,发现不同草种间的滞尘能力与叶面结构形态的关系密切;在相同种植密度和面积的草坪上,滞尘量由高到低依次是多年生黑麦草、紫羊茅、草地早熟禾;滞尘量随时间增加呈现有限增长的趋势。     

基于反射光谱的山核桃幼苗氮素营养状况分析

山核桃(Carya cathayensis)是世界著名的干果之一,也是重要的木本油料作物,其油味清香、营养丰富,是优良的休闲保健食品.山核桃长期以来产量不稳、大小年现象明显,通过肥水管理、病虫害防治等有效管理措施,大部分产区大小年现象都明显趋缓,产量逐年上升(黎章矩,2003).我国山核桃研究起步较晚,在其营养方面的研究甚少.     

氮素营养对长白落叶松移植苗生长及养分状况的影响

尽管少数研究认为造林效果与苗木体内氮含量无关甚至负相关(Gleason et al.,1990;Boinvin et al.,2004),更多的研究表明初始氮含量与造林效果呈正相关,如蓝桉(Eucalyptus globulus)高、低氮处     

低浓度Na2CO3胁迫下星星草幼苗保护酶活性与活性氧之间的关系

对低浓度(0.2%)Na2CO3胁迫和无胁迫正常生长的星星草幼苗的相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量、H2O2含量和产生O2-·速率的研究结果表明,星星草幼苗各保护酶、活性氧及相对电导率之间存在一定的变化关系,这种变化关系在0.2% Na2CO3胁迫和无胁迫正常生长的星星草幼苗间存在差异.在一定程度上揭示了抗盐碱植物在正常生长情况下与碱胁迫下的活性氧(H2O2和O2-·)代谢可能存在不同的调节机制.
